Even with all the rain that we got during our stay we could still look out the windows and see the beautiful ocean. we can not wait to come next year and hopefully enjoy the beach! the owner was easy to get ahold of (due to my stupidity of not reading the directions on where to park to get into the cottage). 'My family stayed for a week. The house was spotless up on arrival, one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in! It was the perfect size for our family, the location was wonderful and the neighbors renting were so kind. We had everything we needed. One downside was the family staying in the big house kept throwing their dog poop all around the garbage can, which was not pleasant to navigate around when taking out the garbage and yucky to look at. 'This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer.
