'The house is located in a convenient location with everything close by. There are several nearby restaurants that offer delivery, which was very convenient. We had a comfortable and pleasant stay during two hot summer days.'

There were a few minor maintenance issues like loose or damages boards on thd patio decking or handrails, and the previous tenants damaged a few things before we checked in. But the host was on top of the situation ans called ahead to let us know that a few things we damaged the night before but that they were aware it wasn't our fault. 'We stayed here for a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Renters club is very responsive and check in/check out was very easy. Home is walking distance to 6th street bars and a short drive to downtown. House was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9.'
