Experience thrilling adventures at “Zion Haus”

“Zion Haus” is the perfect landing spot for your next big getaway! Designed to host large groups, it boasts a joyful bunkroom with six queen beds, two bathrooms and a slide. There are two spacious king master suites with an additional king bedroom, each offering closet space to accommodate a prolonged stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pot, pans, blender, crockpot, toaster, griddle and more.

Don’t forget to enjoy the community amenities as well. Just a short walk out the front door, a large community pool and hot tub, as well as splash pad area are perfect when everyone wants to take a dip. A reception center is available by reservation for birthday parties or any event for just the cost of cleaning. Trailer/RV parking and pickleball courts are coming soon!!

Looking to sleep up to 36 people? We got you covered. Our central courtyard living can be connected to “The Angel's Landing,” our sister house next door, via a large sliding gate. Conjoin the outdoor living and its as if the two homes are one! Two private pools and twice the fun. Ask about booking the two homes together!

You will receive a Check in E-mail with all the details to check in, you will have the entire Home during your stay. You can access and use all areas including Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer area, Living area, etc. It's all yours to relax in during your stay! We also provide Guests with Linens, Towels, Basic Spices and Coffeemaker, all you need to do is bring your favorite Coffee and the food you are going to be preparing

We are available, and willing to take your call or text, day, or night. Once booked guests will receive contact names and numbers for any questions or concerns during your stay!

The home is located within a brand-new community with a lounge pool, lap pool, hot tub and a kids splash pad. Located 3 miles from the incredible Sand Hollow state Park and Just 4 miles to the Sand Dunes.
Take advantage of the club house and community pools that are onsite. Nearby attractions are Zion’s National Park (30 miles) Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Capitol Reef National Park, Dinosaur Discovery, Grand Staircase Escalante, Gunlock Reservoir, Quail Creek, and Snow Canyon.

So fun it was difficult leaving!

We booked the Zion Haus last minute for an impromptu trip to Hurricane! The house is beautiful and everything we needed to make it a fun trip for our kids! The bunkroom was huge and very spacious, the slide and arcade game were a big hit for when we had a little down time. The other three bedrooms were great size with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked and ready for guests which made for enjoyable cooking. The big hit for our kids was the private pool, although not very big it was perfect for our family to play and enjoy anytime we wanted! It was a comfortable 90 degrees so it was great when the air was only in the 50's! We also used the community pool and hot tub! The pool was cold, I dont believe it is heated. But the hot tub was large and very comfortable to accommodate many guests! I also enjoyed being able to bring our dog and walk him around the square every morning! This place was everything we needed and more! The hospitality of the host was phenomenal, as they made sure to check on us after the first night! Such a great place to bring our family! We are hoping to come again in the future!

Great House!

Very clean and a minimalist style that really made everything easy. With 2 little kids trying to manage them to not break things it's a hassle but this house was perfect. Everything that we needed was provided. We forgot to bring pool towels but they were very nice and gave us permission to use their white towels. The pool was small but perfect for our family. The bunk bed room was super fun but a bit too BIG for our little boys (will definitely use it next time!). Rachel was very fast to respond and help with any questions we had. Everything was labeled and easy to put away. We had a really good stay and will definitely come back! If there was anything I would add to anyone coming it's to bring pool towels and tissues. there was everything else ❤️ Thank you!

Excellent location and beautiful home!!

This was our 4th visit to Utah and this place was the best home we rented for our visit!! It was immaculate in every way!! Nothing was extra like all the rediculous ABB rentals we have had. Rob and Jentri were very professional and made sure we had anything we needed. Rob even hooked us up with a ATV rentals at a great price. It was fully equiped from dishes to the most comfortable beds!! The pool was clean and the teens loved the big room with the video arcade game and charger outlets in every bed. We will definitely be back. Oh ya the grass area and weight room were great and I loved that all we had to do was walk outside to see the beautiful Utah landscape!!

Hurricane MTB base

We visited Hurricane with the goal of riding ALL of the trails! Well…….. we got close! This home was a perfect location and perfect amenities for a group of 10 MTB’ers to spend the weekend.

Plenty of space

Rob was very responsive to any questions we had. Glad we could fit all of our family. The location was convenient for Sand Hollow and Zion National park. Loved the subdivision pool and hot tub. Overall everything was great! It was a little confusing how to operate some of the ceiling fans (the small remotes seemed to operate all the individual bedroom fans)

This place was so great for families!

We enjoyed staying here! The kids loved the “kids room”. It was so nice they could be as loud as they wanted in their room and not disturbing to anyone else. The pool in the yard was nice along with the community pools. All the amenities were great! Could use kitchen towels/ wash cloths and a can opener… but other than that, the place was amazing! We had a great time!

The place was perfect for our family golf/ lake trip. Close to courses and sand hollow as well as restaurants and grocery. Super clean and had everything we needed. The bunk room is great for all the kids.

Great amenities, ample space, and fun for kids!

We had a great time on our weekend getaway. We loved the amenities. The community pools (three of them— all different temperatures) are fantastic and were never crowded during our stay. The youngest in our group loved the splash pad. The small pool in the backyard was a hit as well—really pleasant temperature and timed jets. The house is across the street from a grassy field where we enjoyed playing frisbee. The house is really nice and has a functional floor plan (big bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, plus two toilet/shower/tub rooms off the kids’ room). It easily accommodated the three couples and ten kids in our group. The kids’ room was especially popular. The kids had a blast with the built in slide, spacious bunks, comfy love sacs, and arcade games.
