Cosy Oceanfront Cottage - Hot Tub and Sauna

Located on Nova Scotia`s South Shore, this beautifully renovated 2 bedroom cottage is within walking/biking distance of beautiful mile long Summerville beach. The open concept living and kitchen area with wall of windows offers expansive ocean views from practically anywhere in the house. Our back deck space is well furnished and is ideal for lounging, relaxing or casual dining. A private oceanfront hot tub , private barrel sauna and an outdoor fire pit are only steps away. Flat rocks on the ocean, accessible only from the property, provide a private sun deck ideal for sunbathing. Unwind and relax with breathtaking views and luxurious interiors.
Cosy cottage is private and has its own amenities, but our staff does use the garage to take supplies and laundry as needed in order to service tiny oceanfront retreat and designer oceanfront villa next door .We are planning on adding a private shed for the units next door soon , but until then we will need to access the garage.
PS : This cottage has 2 bathrooms . One full bathroom and one half bathroom .
We would appreciate if kids don’t play with playdoh , water or slime inside the house . Furniture should not be moved . FirePit is not supposed to be moved . Garbage needs to sorted , Burn restrictions are to be followed. Water to be poured once fire pit is used . Only toilet paper to be flushed , we have a septic tank .
