Guests have full access to the entire home across all three levels — all bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, the downstairs BBQ patio, the front fire pit, and the rooftop deck. The garage is stocked with bikes and beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, and toys) for guests to use. Parking fits one car in the garage plus one in the alley apron in front of the garage; optional paid street parking is also available nearby.

1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.

3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5) Take shoes off before entering the property.

6) Pets are permitted in the house. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture.

7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 12 people.

8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout (unless previously approved in writing from Nomad).
