« The apartment was really lovely Very comfortable Had all the amenities we needed. In a very good location Very clean and if a good standard. Except the main bling in the bedroom opened up but we could not shut it. It was also really dirty and full of dust. The blind in the kitchen was also really dirty, covered in grease and dust too. Other than that it was lovely. »

« We had a fantastic stay at Shell Cottage, Bay Filey. Close to amenities, Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington which were all lovely to visit and it was a bonus the weather was on our side! The only downsides to our stay were the cutlery (the large knives were unusable due to being blunt), the lack of toilet roll provided for a 4-night stay and the creaking of the floor boards on the stairs and bedrooms. Apart from those things, we had an amazing stay and would stay again if we are visiting Filey....

« Really impressed with Bailey’s Beach house. On arrival everything was pristine including all the kitchen appliances, soft furnishings and cleanliness. It is a credit to the owners and cleaning staff. The position on The Bay is good, near to facilities and no problem parking at the rear of the property. Can’t wait to return in the near future. »

« The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high spec with lots of tech gadgets. Cooling fans in all the rooms and plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances of good quality. The bed which was high end with a Tempur mattress was firm. It might suit some guests but for us it was too firm. A few too many air fresheners! We are sorry to say that the sofas weren’t comfy in particular the sofa bed again too firm even though we appreciated they were of a high standard being Italian leather. »

« Excellent property everything you needed very good location only drawback was the tv 2 upstairs didn't work at all and the one in the lounge didn't always work »

« Property was perfectly situated within Filey, 5-10 minutes walk into the centre plus a Tesco superstore a few minutes walk away. On street parking directly outside property and there was a pleasant welcome pack on arrival. »

« We had a great long weekend at Echo beach, the house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Also a great location right next to the park, would definitely recommend and we would stay here again. »

« We have just returned and the cottage is lovely spotlessly clean , could do with more upto date. Pictures as the bathroom has changed and is superb but shower is very slow not much power. The bed not to our comfort but our personal choice . Kitchen is well equipped. A added bonus is the private garden for the dog 🐕 the area is very quiet , the pub at the end of the road is good .the biggest issue for us was it was too far out of town for us , it would be a good half hour walk into town. »
