« There was no accommodation. When I arrived, it was just new private houses. Bukani House was not known. I had to call taxi again to take me to another place. When I phoned the number I found the lady told me it stopped operating long ago. She said I must claim refund from the website that did the booking for me. I could have been robbed, nobody new me or trusted me. What if that was my last money? »

« We received a different room than initially booked. arriving there was a hole in our bedroom door externally. Internally the wooden tiles in room were missing some. The fan in the room was extremely filled with dust and not working properly - made no air or wind. The Shower was horrendous - hot water didn't work in morning - only cold, and went completely off when hot water entered tap. »

« Wir hatten im November gebucht und bezahlt und bestÀtigt. Wir wollten vom 30.12. bis 1.1.23 zwei Tage dort verbringen. Am 30.12 morgens!!!! kam vom Vermieter die Nachricht, dass er die Wohnung an jemand anderen vergeben habe. Als Ausrede sagte er das Geld sei erst am 29.12. bei ihm eingegangen. Das ist eine unglaublich idiotische Aussage(da ja bereits im November bezahlt und bestÀtigt). Der Vermieter verhielt sich absolut unseriös, entschuldigte sich nicht und war uns in keiner Weise...
