'Great location for going to the beach, kayak to bioluminescent bay, 30 minutes to el yunque forest, 30 minutes to ferry to go to vieques/culebra island. Minor inconvenience was shower curtain non functional , water would be everywhere in bathroom after shower, sink drain was very slow. Otherwise a wonderful stay.'

'We had a great time during our last minute trip to PR. We made the reservation a couple of days prior to arriving and Jay had everything set up with us. The instructions were clear and he gave great recommendations on where to eat and visit. So many things happened on our trip. The power went out in the island and the water as well. Jay put so much effort into making sure our AC unit was connected to his back up generator.'

'We enjoyed our stay at this condo! 5 min walk to beach, which was a very quiet area & we had the beach to ourselves the 1st day. Even after the 1st day, there still wasn't hardly any people. Condo was well stocked with everything that you need for your stay. Host was very responsive & friendly. We had a great time for our 1st time in Puerto Rico! It rained all day on our last full day there, we went jetskiing which was fun but stayed inside the rest of the day. We will definitely be back!'

'Our stay was to rest and enjoy Playa Azul in Luquillo. We have rented many places in years past but this condo gets more than a 10. A balcony facing the beach has a score of 20. It is fully equipped from kitchen to beach supplies..beach towels& beach chairs. The beach is amazing, the area is quiet and clean. Close to Luquillo kiosk with great resturants like Carabali and las Picuas near by. You do need a car but amigos grocery is close by. Its a great condo for family, friends or just a few....

'Overall it was a great stay. We enjoyed the view each morning whilst drinking our morning coffee. The condo was clean and might just need some upkeep. Check in was super easy and we appreciated the condo security. There is some feedback for the host. We were expecting to cook our dinners in the condo and i was disappointed with the lack of working knives, a cutting board, etc. There was one old plastic spatula. I would just recommend in providing some good cooking supplies, more than two trash...

'This was a nice place but there was renovating going on in the apartment directly next to us. Hammering and sawing started every day between 8/9am making it impossible to relax. I suggest any future renters confirm with the manager there will be no similar renovations during their stay….that is if they answer you. I reached out to the manager asking if they would consider a partial reimbursement but got nothing but crickets.'

'The home was as described, sleeper couches in living room were uncomfortable for longterm sitting, but home was over all nice, the neighbors decided night time was the time to work on cars, rev motors and do doughnuts in the street and keep you awake half the night!
