« We had dinner 4 of the 5 nights we were there, in part because we loved Brenda, the server. She was great!! We also loved Lisa who helped us in the evening when we were trying to play a board game. She noticed that we could barely see the board, and she brought over two little battery operated lights which were so excellent, we came home and ordered some online.
Jose or Juan who drives the van and carries the luggage was alos excellent. »

« Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually...

« I booked a room for 2 days. It was quite big and comfortable. But the AC is too close from the bed and not automatic, the bathroom is not very clean (some small bugs) and the smell is quite bad.
About the breakfast, the choise is very small and you have to do all thing. It is a "self-service".
I think the room is enough to sleep after a long and tired day. »

« Je suis resté bloqué deux fois dehors ! La réception a des horaires très limités et le code de la porte change régulièrement ! Je suis arrivé le matin et je me suis retrouvé bloqué dehors avec mes valises pendant trois heures ! Et un autre jour pendant deux heures ! Personne ne répond au téléphone, même sur leur numéro d'urgence... De plus l'établissement est très loin du centre (45 minutes à pieds). En dehors de ça l'établissement est très propre, le personnel très serviable et la chambre...
