My friends and I had a wonderful time staying here! It is very clean and supplied with everything we needed to be able to cook and be comfortable throughout our trip. Communicating with the host was very easy and he was extremely kind and helpful the entire time!

Great house. Super cute!

Came for a birthday weekend with friends. House was super cute, convenient to downtown, and well stocked. The neighborhood has a few areas of improvement. However, we had no issues and felt safe!

I LOVE THAT !!!

My Dad and I LOVED this place ! It was super convenient everything was 10-15 away from all the eateries downtown ! The place has a front end and back end perfect for my Dad and I!!! Definitely staying here again The Host was super professional, detailed and overall amazing !

VERY DISAPPOINTING. Do not recommend property.

This is the first time I have ever left a negative review in all the times I have stayed at a Vrbo property. Here is our experience at this property. We were interrupted twice in our 2 night stay. In the beginning to have a handy man come look for damage that was in need of repair that was brought to the owners attention by his housekeeking. There was quite a bit of damage. Handy man was very polite. Which we appreciated. On the day of departure we were asked when would be leaving so that the owner could have his housekeeping come early. We felt rushed so we left early. Outside garbage flowing. The neighborhood felt unsafe, driveway gate did not close properly, front entry gate did not lock. Bright security lights on all around the house all night making it very difficult to sleep because of the light coming in windows. Confirmed to us area has security coconcerns. Security camera would speak and say you were being recorded, again not a very secure feeling. Beds were uncomfortable, we woke up w/back aches. Felt like springs were poking our back. Lawn mowed during our 2 night stay which caused grass clipping to be brought into the house since they did not blow the walk. We were falsely accused of damage to the tv, which we absolutely deny. No investigation was done by the insurance Co or Vrbo even after several calls. There was no cost to us because we had Ins.,but it is the principle of false accusations. DISAPPOINTED in Vrbo. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND property.

The house was super clean and nice! I enjoyed my 2 night stay, they keep up with the property very well and I love the little room in the back it’s the coziest thing ever. This house feels very homey, it’s good for a small group, it feels like one of those room setups from ikea, lol! I love those. I like the location, it was fairly close to a lot of things, downtown is just minutes away and stores like Walmart and target aren’t that far either. This home was a 10/10 I would definitely stay here again. Contacting the property manager was easy, he responded quickly and accommodated all my needs. It was a good experience overall.

Lovely home!!

The property owner’s were very nice and did their best to accommodate my early check-in request. The house was very clean and modern. The rooms and living room are more spacious then what it seems in the images. They kindly provided us an inflatable bed and we were able to fit it in one of the rooms without an issue. Also, i want to mention that the room with (2) beds is seperated from the actual house. It’s a smaller building located in the backyard, although we all felt safe since there were cameras, a keypad lock, and a proper gate in the front of the property. Overall a 100/100 stay!!

overall impression was good, the house was clean and well appointed and the mgmt was very attentive and responsive. Although the security cameras talk to you when ever you pass by and it is creepy knowing someone is always watching you, even made me feel like there were cameras in the house. I sure hope not. The house was not ready for a 4pm check in and the cleaners did not finish until after 5 so we could check in. That is annoying since the 4pm check in is already late in the day. We won't book this place again, although it may be a good pick for other "group members".

nice work week

We found this spot and it suited us well for our out of town work week on 2 occasions now. we would have extended but we were not quick on the draw. clean, comfy gated parking, close to downtown and next to THE ORIGINAL Ninfa's Tex Mex.

Girls trip

My girlfriends and I stayed for a weekend trip to Houston. Host was great and had quick responses! Looks just like the pictures and very nice! The air was set pretty high when we arrived and it was hot, but within a couple hours it came down to a comfortable level. The rest of our stay the AC was perfect! We had 6 people stay and it was perfectly spacious for all of us. Close proximity to downtown Houston. And other areas of Houston were not too far! We ended up driving to all of our restaurants and venues and parking was not bad, most garages were close to the venue and had cheap parking. We had a great time!!

Perfect home for a getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was in a good location. Majority of everything that we did was 20 minutes or less away. The home had everything we needed. I did not see the last message about check out instructions until after I left, I do apologize. This was our first time staying in a home, we are usually in a hotel. Check in was easy and the stay was perfect!

Great house close to Minute Maid Park

The house was clean, the owner was communicative, and overall a great stay! Note: one of the bedrooms is in a separate, smaller building in the back (we didn't realize that, but it wasn't a big deal as we only used the two bedrooms in the main house). The water pressure was fantastic in the showers, and had ample hot water. The second bedroom's bed was a bit small for two adults, but it would be perfect for traveling with kids. Overall, we'd be happy to stay here again.
