Guests have access to the entire home, except for a few locked storage areas and the garage.

- Required $590 refundable incidental deposit.

- Base rate includes up to 14 guests. Additional guests over 14 are $10 per person, per night, to cover extra utilities, linens, and turnover.

- Heating Policy: Enjoy 2 complimentary hours of spa heating per day upon request (3 hrs.’ notice required). Extra time $10/hr.)


*Quiet Hours: From 11 PM to 7 AM, interior and exterior quiet hours are observed to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.

*Peaceful Stay Policy: We ask all guests to respect quiet hours and refrain from parties or loud music.

*Houston’s tropical climate may occasionally bring insects, despite our regular pest control. Please keep doors closed. Repellent is under the kitchen sink.
