'This was our first time here, location is very conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and even the carnival port for cruisers. We stayed the night before our cruise for May16. Check in/out was east ave quick. I don’t remember the guys name who checked us in but he has great customer service.

'Pillows were like planks once you laid upon them. They sunk down and became really hard flat surfaces. Nothing comfortable about them.
Rooms well Air conditioned but the lobby and elevator were not at all. Not sure what the issue was, but I never spent any time long enough to really care. Breakfast area was closed my entire weekend stay.'

'All things considered this was a great stay. However the property is undergoing renovations therefore a lot of construction. The pool is under construction and not available but there was a contingency plan available with use of the pool on the property next door. The water was down when we arrived but our room wasn’t ready anyway so we went out for lunch, by the time we got back water was restored. It went out again the next day for several hours due to construction but in the middle of the day...
