'First, I didn’t get the rooms I asked for after I called twice and they confirmed they have the 2 rooms blocked. They gave away our rooms because of technicality. 2 families traveling so we wanted our rooms close together ended up on 4th and 2nd. We stayed for 5 days and 1 room was only serviced once and the 2nd room none at all. By the 4th night there were no clean towels left , garbage not picked up . Also, beds were uncomfortable, hurt my back. And about the free breakfast was nice .. for...

'nice facility. Last minute check in - and I'm not all about tech communication - but luckily the ladies were still "in the office" and able to get us all checked in. Never could figure out how to make the tv work - maybe info in the email that I was not able to receive while on the road. Otherwise very nice for the price!'

'The hotel and room itself was decent. I do believe our room may not have fully been cleaned prior to our stay. We checked in very late at night and when we went to shower there was only one towel in a room that slept four and the shower had a used bar of soap and the wrapper wedged in the shampoo and conditioner bottles on the wall. If it hadn’t been after 1:00am we likely would have called down but at the point it was realized it was too late.'
