« Our stay at the cabin was a nice long weekend getaway central to Asheville, NC and the Great Smoky mountains, and white water rafting in Marshall, NC. We made day trips to each location and the cabin was in a beautiful remote and relaxing spot. The hosts were great, and even spent time with my son feeding the animals on their farm. « There is good cell service but no wifi. Also no microwave, so plan ahead for that. The grill in the pictures is not the one on site. More like a park picnic grill without a lid. Otherwise clean and cozy. Communication with host was quick and helpful. We had a 4WD truck and I couldnt imagine bringing my coupe here. Roads are a little rough. But we had a good time. Recommend fox and hounds restaurant for dinner and drinks! »

« If you want a remote mountain experience, this is the place. Step outside and all you hear are the birds. From the cabin you cant see another house. The long driveway is like driving back in time. Its a great place to relax, unwind and forget about the hustle and bustle of all that's going on in all of our lives. There were plenty of board games, games and books to read! « Wonderful stay at Clyde Hill! This place is beautiful. Just what the Dr. ordered after too many nights in the city. Very clean, great A/C, Romantic fireplace, fire pit out back. The pictures of this place are spot on! We spent our days on picturesque drives with endless hiking possibilities. The cabin is five minutes from the famous hwy "The Rattler" an adventuure and biker paradise. We BBQ often and enjoyed fire pit. The fireflies were a fantastic sight every night at dusk.
