- No smoking. Evidence of smoking at the property will result in a $1,000 fine
- No pets allowed. Evidence of pets at the property will result in a $1,000 fine
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No loud or excessive noises after 10 PM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID is required upon booking

NOTE:
- Lake Hamilton’s level is reduced from early November to early March so access to dock is not available during this time. The lake can still be accessed for kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing.

- If bringing a boat or renting, boat must be docked on the side of the dock.

- Pool is closed from December through February.

- Your privacy matters to us. This property features exterior security cameras in the front and back of the house, facing out. They DO NOT look into any interior spaces

- The property requires stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility

- There is no gate around one side of pool which opens to the house. Adult supervision is required at all times
