Most well equipped VRBO ever!

Heath was very quick to respond to any questions we had. So much thought has been put into this townhouse. It has everything you can think of from dish soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, cleaning supplies, towels, even almost every menu from the restaurants in town and not to mention all local maps and brochures of things to do while in Hot Springs. We have stayed at numerous condos in the area and this is beyond a doubt the best equipped. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Great host, great location, and great times. Thanks again Heath for your hospitality!

4th of July

Awesome place!

We loved the place! Very clean, recently updated with essential kitchen utensils to make our life easier when we need to cook.The master bedroom upstairs is a good size and we claimed it despite the kids' protests. Townhouse has decent patio and a small grill and a view to the pool and Lake Hamilton just past the pool. It took only a few minutes to drive to downtown and lots of stores were close by when we need them. The owners had a folder with useful information and attractions in the vicinity and that came very handy as we didn't plan much in advance. We had a wonderful vacation and we would definitely return.

Very clean and comfy

Good place for our quick trip to Hot Springs. Very clean, good communication, well appointed. A short drive to Bathhouse Row; we also enjoyed eating at Fisherman’s Wharf just two minutes away. Super easy parking right out front.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean condo. Everyone was very friendly, with plenty of things to do.

The unit was very nice and clean and beautifully decorated. It was exactly as advertised. It was in a great location for all the wonderful things to do in Hot Springs Arkansas. We would love to come back when we have more time.

Great place. Easy communication with owners. Condo was immaculate. It is 2 stories so if you have someone that has issues with stairs just something to think about (we are 62 & 66) but with the 2nd full sized bath downstairs you really don’t need to go up and down very often. Great patio with view of pool and lake. Easy access to Rt 7, lots of good places to eat within just a few minutes drive. Great internet access made me not want to come home to my 2 bar service.

I can't say enough good things about this condo. It was by far one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. There are so many extras it would be hard to list but if you're looking for somewhere to stay just to get away I would highly recommend here.

Even though we got rained out we still enjoyed our stay, the condo was beautiful, quite and very comfortable, upto date had all the amenities of a home. We truly enjoyed the condo and would recommend staying here!
