'Our stay here was very restful. The staff is available 24/7 yo answer any questions and attend to your needs. The rooms are clean and well appointed. AC works well, very important during a Paris summer heat wave. The location is great, along a quiet residential street in the 17th arrondisment, with 3 metro stations within walking distance. Convenience stores close by. Would definitely recommend.'

'Het ontvangst was geweldig. De kamer was ruim, schoon en prettig. Ontbijt was heel goed.'

'We had the iconic suite and it was absolutely great to stay with our kids, is was spacious (for Paris standards), modern and comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony with great and iconic views of Paris. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a great selection of delightful cakes and croissants. Will come back with our family.'

'Superb'

'Locatie!'

Never refilled the tissues in the toilet, never restocked our face towels. Breakfast area was small considering the number of guest capacity. Overall I would say it was okay. Couple of the reception staff were friendly. Please be aware the check in process is so slow and you could be waiting well beyond the 3pm time because rooms...

'super hotel'

'The hospitality of the staff is much below expectations. The receptionist who checked us in was simply arrogant towards us. Towards another guest who walked in during our check-in process, he threw a condescending look which we could clearly notice. This is totally unacceptable. As our flight arrived early in the morning, we went to the hotel and tried to check in early - agreed that this is a gesture of goodwill - but the receptionist refused but we understood. When we later went to pick up...
