Always stay for the full kitchen and closed bedroom. Condition of the room is pretty dissapointing, couches need to be thrown away and that's not an exageration. Front staff are great but god fobid you have someone come and start the BarBQ for you, that person has 0 customer service skills and quite frankly just lacks basic communication skills. He came up, fiddled arround with the BarBQ and left, he didn't say anything and we had no idea if he started it, if he was coming back, quite honnestly if he was my employee I'd have fired him on the spot, specially after all the aloha preaching Hawaii does over there, disturbing. Although my whole trip was great, after prob 3 visits to this hotel I think it will be our last. I dont believe they appreciate our business and I don't think they take the hotel business seriously. Will be trying elsewhere. Thanks for everything up until now, all the best. If I had any suggestions; fix all the lighting, yello as much as possible, make sure the wall etc are clean in the hotel, paint if needed, if tables are scratched etc, sand, varnish, make sure your couches are in decent condition, if you wouldnt own it at your place replace them. They are probably the worst couches that ive seen in a home.Lastly be kind when people ask for things etc, dont make them feel like they are burdening you or that we re dumb.
