🕓 Check-in begins at 4 PM, and checkout is at 10 AM. During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire unit, allowing you to unwind and enjoy a truly private experience with no shared accommodations.
🚗 One Free Unassigned Parking Stall (Max Vehicle Height: 6 ft) is included inside the building`s parking garage, located on the 2nd through 5th floors. Please note that the parking garage entrance has a posted maximum height clearance of 6 feet. Oversized vehicles or vehicles exceeding this height are not permitted. Please also ensure that your vehicle is parked only within the boundaries of the parking stall.

Other things to note
The Association of Apartment Owners of the Waikiki Banyan will be renovating the recreation deck from April 7, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The entire recreation deck will be inaccessible, including the swimming pool, hot tubs, playground, and barbecue grills.
Work hours will be restricted to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Noise is expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
