- Private lanai with outdoor furniture and outdoor dining area - ideal for morning coffee with mountain views or evening city lights

- Open living area with seating oriented toward the skyline and direct lanai access

- Window AC unit keeps the space cool and comfortable throughout the day

- Dining table seats four comfortably for shared meals or trip planning

- Dedicated workspace in a private area with a table - well suited for remote work or longer stays

- Ethernet connection and Wi-Fi available throughout

- TV, iron, and clothing storage for practical everyday comfort

- Single-level layout - no stairs within the home

 

Sleeping arrangements



- Bedroom features a California King-size bed with nightstands and closet storage, separated from the living area by a sliding panel door for added privacy

- Living area: Pull-out sleeper sofa (best suited for children or occasional use; may not offer the same comfort as a regular bed for adults)

- Accommodates up to 4 guests total

- Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, cotton bed linens, and hangers provided
