I chose this property for the easy walk to the convention center, and it was great - 10 minute walk. The property is accurately photographed in the listing and very clean, updated and has everything you need - towels, kitchen goods, AC, a small but adorable balcony looking out on the marina. It was much more modern than other rentals I've stayed in. 4 people could stay probably, but it was just me and it was just the perfect amount of space. Noise is minimal, which I enjoyed compared to staying in the middle of Waikiki. I went into Waikiki everyday taking the path along the beach and it is a lovely 15 minute walk. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but it is available on another floor. I did miss having access to a fitness facility but for everything that this place offers, the stay was totally worth it. Very affordable and reasonable compared to staying in hotels, in my opinion. The property manager was readily available and helpful, making the overall stay a very pleasant, seamless, effortless process. The neighbors pretty much left me alone if I ran into them. The only thing I questioned was the lone single deadbolt lock on the front door of the apartment, which is code-accessed going in and out. However, I think every unit in the building has this format, so I doubt there's anything that can be done.
