Location de vacances de particulier à Homestead

« I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking. Thanks we will be back! »

« We were in Florida for 11 days but only 4 at this location. That was way to short considering all there is to do down there. We had plan all our activities before arriving to Vilma's place. I would recommand you contact Vilma before you visit, beacause she has so many ideas and places to go, Unfortunately we were out of time. The property is really well equiped, lot of space a nice backyard that was missing a bit of shade but very convinient. Thanks Erasmo and Vilam for your great hospitaliity. »

« I loved the house , communication could be a little better but over all it was lovely staying there ! »

« Overall it was a good experience. Knocking a star off because the first night we arrived there was a wedding going on and out reserved parking space was taken by staff. The event went on until well past 10p and it was difficult to sleep with the loud, thumping music. We also had some concerns about the size of the bird cages but I'm not an expert on that. »

« Wonderful home, we were working … it’s a great location »

« We had a very nice stay. The property was everything the listing said it would be. »

« We had a great time during our stay. It was a perfect location for visiting The Biscaynes and The Everglades. Communication was great and we had everything we needed. Thank you for allowing us to use your home! »

« Great location for our trip to South Florida to visit the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks! Accommodations could use some minor repairs, but had everything we needed. Communication from the host was great and the check-in process was smooth. »

« Very beautiful home and Property My family and I loved every minute Of our stay »

« Très propre tout était nickel »

« We stay in vacation rentals every year. This home can be highly rated for cleanliness and location that is convenient to many south Florida attractions. There were plenty of towels and even a small cooler and beach towels. The kitchen is decently stocked, but there is no ice maker, just two ice trays…making it hard to make use of a cooler. The owner was responsive, but there seemed to be a language barrier. For example, the living room tv wouldn’t work. They advised us to choose a certain HDMI...

« Me gustó la experiencia y volvería a repitió sin duda alguna »

« It was ok. The matress definitely needs replacing. Some minor repairs would go a long way. Such as the toilet paper holder. If you're expecting hotel condition, you should pass. But we are pretty laid back and aren't looking for luxury. Just a place to rest our heads. Hence the matress comment. It was cheap and did the job. We did get lost but were easily redirected with a timely phone call. The host was very nice and available when needed. I would return if Im in the area again. »
