Hôtel près de Home Park (Plymouth)

« Lovely hotel, great location, very comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. »

« It is a big apartment. Everything is there. Specially the kitchen with an oven. Perfect bed. Only the neighbourhood is a bit poor. But a small supermarket just round the corner. Breakfast included is basic. »

« Clean room, helpful staff, appropriate amenities. Parking was a little issue but this was outside of the staff’s control and they provided appropriate alternative parking as our initial space was taken by a member of the public »

« Un hôtel idéalement placé quand on arrive du ferry. Une jolie chambre et tout ce qu'il faut à la réception. »

« Excellent location- bathroom was a bit tired vs other modern hotels »

« Appartement en sous sol Très bruyant à un carrefour très passant Simple vitrage Il nous manquait les draps du canapé Nous les avons demandé mais jamais reçu »

« Bien situé au centre ville , mais calme proche parc et mer, hôtel de bon standing »

« Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work. Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room. Sorry - cannot understand the questions that are only in Francais »

« Thank you »

« Nice clean room, comfortable and very helpful staff. Good breakfast choice. »

« The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a lot of broken glass all over the balcony which we didn’t realise until we stepped on it barefoot. We couldn’t find the outside bins as they were not where described. The access to the property in the evening was stressful as it is located in a very busy bar area which had people queued up to get. Security wouldn’t let us in to get to the apartment and we had to...

« To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half...

« Hôtel confortable, bien situé à de pas de la gare routière et du quartier animé. Petit déjeuner convenable mais pourrait être amélioré car pas très diversifié et élaboré (café/thé + confitures + céréales + jambon + quiche + yaourt uniquement). Le point noir, la chaleur insupportable dans tous l'hôtel, malheureusement pas de fenêtres dans les chambres donc impossible de faire aérer et pas de clim !!! »

« No one came to clean/empty bins etc for the length of our stay. It was very noisy. Constant doors banging in the middle of the night. Some drunk person knocking on the door after 9.30 pm. Reception staff were fine, but had to request clean towels/extra toilet paper. »
