This 1,777 square foot home blends fresh modern style with comfortable vacation living. Latitude Adjustment also offers a large laundry room, a new wash and dryer and an extra sink for added convenience. 



Latitude Adjustment's primary suite features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three share the second bathroom, complete with a convenient shower/tub combination. Outside, enjoy your own private island oasis. AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.
