Fish right off the private dock, swim in the heated pool overlooking the water, and cook on the grill with the lake in front of you. Single-story throughout. Ping pong and life-size Connect 4 in the two-car garage, along with all the beach gear. Dogs welcome with approval and a fee. Great for fishing.

THE WATER

One of only a handful of homes directly on the historic Spring Lake - a secluded 3.5 acre saltwater-fed coastal lagoon just two blocks from the Gulf.

A private dock on the Spring Lake lagoon- bring rods, cast from the backyard or kayak.. The heated pool looks out over the water.

Remodeled in 2025 and single-story throughout, so no stairs anywhere. Bright open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, stainless appliances, and a five-burner range. Dining table for six plus bar seating for four. Living room with a 75-inch TV and canal views.

About a five-minute walk to Palmetto Ave Beach and Manatee County Beach. Holmes Beach shops and restaurants are close, and the free island trolley runs the length of Anna Maria Island.
