Five private bedrooms, two gathering areas, and a full bathroom on each floor offer flexible places to rest and spend time together. Panoramic views from the third-floor turret and a private balcony overlooking the pool and Lake Macatawa make the lakeshore setting part of every stay.



COMPLIMENTARY DAILY GOLF, TENNIS & GYM ⛳

Your stay includes complimentary golf, tennis, and gym memberships for up to four guests every day at Macatawa Golf Club in the Macatawa Legends community, approximately 10-15 minutes away. Each of those four guests can play one free round of golf every day of your stay - up to four complimentary rounds daily! Golf clubs are available to rent at the club. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (UP TO 15 GUESTS) 🏠

Five private bedrooms and three full bathrooms spread across multiple levels. All three floors are connected via the stairs, and the primary kitchen is located on the second floor.

• First floor: 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa (up to 7 guests)

• Second floor: 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleeper sofa (up to 4 guests)

• Third floor: 1 king bed and 1 queen bed (up to 4 guests)



FIRST FLOOR — TWO BEDROOMS & A FAMILY SPACE

This level includes a private queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed plus an additional single bed. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa, TV, mini bar, and snack table, with a full bathroom and shower nearby. The floor can be closed off from the rest of the home for added privacy.



SECOND FLOOR — THE MAIN GATHERING SPACE

Cook and share meals in the fully equipped kitchen with high-top bar seating and an adjacent dining table. The living area includes a queen sleeper sofa and fireplace, while a dedicated desk provides space to work. A private queen bedroom and full bathroom complete this floor, which can also be closed off from the other levels. Step onto the private balcony for views over the community pool toward Lake Macatawa.



THIRD FLOOR — PRIMARY SUITE & TURRET VIEWS

The primary suite features a king bed, sitting area, generous storage, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. A second private bedroom has a queen bed and built-in storage. The turret’s windows capture sweeping views across the lakeshore.



EVERYDAY COMFORTS

The private patio offers seating for 15 and a gas grill for meals together. Central A/C, Wi-Fi, fresh linens, pool towels, starter toiletries, and a washer and dryer are included. A storage area accommodates bikes, wagons, and plenty of other outdoor gear.

• Outdoor heated saltwater pool and hot tub, open from Memorial Day to October 1st; pool toys are welcome!

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire three-level townhouse. Parking includes one private garage space and two designated parking lot spaces. The seasonal pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard court, and poolside patio and grill area are shared community amenities. Included private club facilities and golf are located off-property, a short drive away.



The Neighborhood:

The Nantucket is part of The Beach House at Lake Street on the north side of Lake Macatawa. The lake is directly across the street, with Holland State Park and Lake Michigan’s beaches nearby. Spend your days exploring the shoreline, trails, and dunes, or enjoying views of Holland’s Big Red lighthouse. Downtown Holland offers restaurants, shops, galleries, and breweries within a short drive.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Holland and the surrounding lakeshore. Beaches and Holland State Park are nearby while downtown Holland and Macatawa Golf Club are easily accessible by car. Travel times may vary with summer traffic.



Other Things to Note:

The shared outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day to October 1st.



Macatawa Golf Club amenities are off property; please contact us for access and arrangements after booking your stay.



No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited anywhere on The Beach House property.



Starter toiletries are provided; replenish supplies as needed for longer stays.
