'Staff and food are the key reasons I’m awarding 5 stars. They dealt with everything even though I forgot to complete the info before arrival. Room was lovely and clean and loved sitting by the log fire near the bar. As a traveller without a dog, I found all the dogs and owners great and appreciated they were separate in the main restaurant. '

'The room was lovely and welcoming, very comfortable and was more than we were expecting. The breakfast the next morning was brilliant, great produce and great selection to try! The spa was fab, definitely worth adding onto your stay. So many fun relaxing experiences to try and the staff are all lovely and welcoming. Felt like a truly lovely experience compared to other spa visits. It was such a vibe! Would highly recommend. '
