Opted to book a Delux twin accessible room. The room was across the courtyard from the main pub building. At first sight the room appeared adequate although not particularly appealing. The real problem was the presence of a very powerful unpleasant smell which we thought may disappear once the external door and window...

'Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. '

'We found the Hotel through the reviews on here and we had a fabulous experience. Both the dinner and the breakfast were excellent. Locally sourced, beautifully prepared food. Our hosts were excellent. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.'

'This property was in an ideal position for the beach and the host Nigel was great, breakfast was very adequate and offered a good choice of cereals yogurts and bread . Eggs were available to have either scrambled or boiled. Tea coffee and orange juice was readily available.
