Lovely holiday home in typical Skåne house!

Cozy house with a fantastic rural location!

Here you stay in one half of this large and beautiful house with a separate entrance and your own private garden. Even though the owner lives next door, the holiday home feels completely private, and you will most likely only meet at the parking area. The house has been rented out for several years and has received extremely high ratings from previous guests.

On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV, digital channels and DVD player. There is also a modern and very well-equipped kitchen in open connection with the dining and living area. For extra comfort, the house offers a wood-burning stove and a bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms with three beds in each room. The beds can be arranged as single or double beds depending on your needs.

A paved cycle path takes you just 3 km to Höganäs, where you will find sandy beaches, cliffs, a harbour, restaurants and shops. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate having eight golf clubs within a 20-minute drive. You are also only 20 minutes from the ferries to Denmark.

The Kulla region is well known for its ceramics. A popular excursion is Höganäs Keramik/Boda Nova with its factory outlet selling household ceramics. You can also visit several local ceramic artists in their studios.

Kullaberg offers an outstanding nature experience and has been awarded three stars by the Michelin Guide in its guide to Swedish attractions.

Distances: shops in Höganäs 3 km, the Öresund coast 4 km, Skälderviken in Jonstorp 8 km, Kullaberg 20 km, ferries to Denmark 20 km and Ängelholm/Helsingborg Airport 30 km.

Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per person. Final cleaning is done by guests or can be purchased for SEK 1,500.
