'A stunning property, full of stylish period features. We felt like we were the only guests staying and considered our stunning room with a view to be our 'home'. The onsite butler carried out his work so quietly we hardly knew he was there, but was always available to give friendly travel advice or assistance. Fantastic location in a charming historic village, complete with delicious eateries a short walk away. We will be back!!'

One regrettable incident occurred when the receptionist addressed the staff unprofessionally, in front of the customer, in which this case shouldn't happen.'

'The room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic, great view of the harbour area and mountain. Really great to see they have incorporated the history of the building to be interactive and so good old photos of the building and surrounds. We had breakfast at the Atrium and both meals were huge. Loved staying there!'

'Excellent location with parking. Huge apartment with well equipped kitchen. However there was no internet and the front office staff did nothing to fix it, probably not able to do anything about it. We were counting on it after a week spent traveling in nature parks. Only one heater for the whole place. Quite bland decoration overall, very functional. No body wash product in bathroom. Good housekeeping.'
