The high price did not match the quality we received. We travel a lot to various countries, and this hotel stood out in its mediocrity. Upon check-in, we were informed that housekeeping was only done every other day. The parking was expensive, and the garage was mediocre at best. The room had a musty, almost dirty smell. 'The staff was exceptional in providing me a beautiful suite with a gorgeous view of the Seattle skyline. I was there for my daughter’s kidney transplant surgery at Virginia Mason hospital so I very much appreciated the peacefulness the view provided. The room was clean, water was nice and hot for showers, the view was rejuvenating, and most of all the staff, including the Rho cafe, where friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in making our stay very pleasant.
