The owners were friendly and helpful. They do have bikes for rent at 40,000 Äá»ng each. A choice of western breakfast such as banana pancake or beef pho. They do offer a variety of food in their menu for a price. They do have beautiful view from the rooftop but it is a tricky climb up there. You need to be quite careful with the narrow width of the steps and pull your body through a hole to get from the third floor to the rooftop. Once you are up there, make sure you donât put your weight on the weak spots of the wooden planks. It would be great if they had inform me that the chicken I ordered was 500,000 Äá»ng instead of the 300,000 Äá»ng like they written in their menu. When confronted, they said mine was special. As for cleanlinesses, it took them less than 45 min to prepare our room as when we arrived, the guests from our room had to move to a different room. The air conditioner in our room worked really well. They arranged our transportation from Hanoi to Ning Bing for 210,000 Äá»ng and from Ning Bing to Halong Bay for 300,000 Äá»ng.
