'The hotel was clean.. the room was very comfortable I love that. But, the staff was not too friendly. They don’t smile, They talk with an attitude. Also, I ordered lunch and they brought me white rice with no gravy. It was so dry. One of the night, I guess they had a DJ event, I woke up at 1am because the music was too loud and I couldn’t sleep. Please do better.. But everything else was 10/10'

'The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference.
That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. However, the promotional images are somewhat misleading and don’t reflect the reality of most rooms.
The beach, is beautiful, and we really enjoyed...

'A sensação de ficar hospedado neste hotel é como voltar no tempo. Foi um prazer ficar hospedado no Casa dele XVI. Gostaria de ter ficado mais tempo. Muito bem localizado para quem deseja conhecer a Zona Colonial.'
