Summary:
A perfect place to stay and enjoy the beauty of nature on the island of Miyajima. Just a few minutes walk to Itsukushima Shrine. My 2 bedroom apartment can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Perfect for large group of families and friends. Clean linens, towels & toiletries will be provided. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils & cookware. With toilet & bath. Washing machine with laundry detergent.

Please note: Cleaning is done one time only after you check out.

You have an access to entire apartment. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay.

You are not going to share this room with other guests.

The Neighborhood:
Few minutes walk to Itsukushima Shrine
Few minutes walk from Miyajima Port
There are some convenient stores and restaurants around the area

Getting Around:
【By train and ferry】
To reach the ferry port from Hiroshima Station, take the JR Sanyo Line to
Miyajimaguchi Station (25 minutes, 410 yen one way, covered by the Japan Rail Pass)
Alternatively, you can take street car number 2 from central Hiroshima bound for Miyajimaguchi.
The street car is slower, but costs only 280 yen one way (not covered by the Japan Rail Pass).
From Miyajimaguchi Station, it is a short walk to the ferry pier, from where ferries depart frequently for Miyajima.
There are two competing ferry companies operating from this port: JR and Matsudai
Both companies' ferry rides take 10 minutes and both cost 180 yen one way.
The Japan Rail Pass is valid on JR ferries.
【By direct boat】
Boats connect Miyajima directly with Hiroshima Peace Park
(45 minutes, 2200 yen one way, 4000 yen round trip, 1-2 connections/hour)
and with Hiroshima Port (30 minutes, 1850 yen one way, 6-8 round trips per day).
The Japan Rail Pass is not valid on these boats.

Other Things to Note:
Check in time is 4PM and Check out time is 10AM. Please be mindful of the time as we still need to clean the room for the next guest.
No smoking inside the house.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app.

If you have any questions about this issue, please feel free to contact costumer service.

CCTV/Security Camera:
The unit is protected with CCTV for the safety of my guest. It also serves as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.

チェックイン時間は午後3時、チェックアウトは午前11時となります。
翌日のお客様の準備もございますので、時間厳守でお願い致します。

布団に関しましては、セルフサービスにて設置とカバーのセットをして下さい。
すべてのセットが収納棚に置かれています。
クリーニング済のベッドシーツ、掛け布団カバー、枕カバーをご用意しております。

※建物の外側に防犯カメラを設置しております。
