The check in person was so nice! There were fresh cookies put out and she had just made pink lemonade. Also the breakfast omelettes were extroardinarily good. Room was large and roomy - just a great experience.

Checking in and out was simple and fast. The bed was so soft that my back regrets the sleepover. The hotel is being remodeled but the construction is not a total eye sore.Breakfast was simple, enough, and pleasing for the appetite.

Had I know that the hotel was under construction I would not have stayed there. I came in to wanted to take a nap before my appointment, but was not able because of the renovations. Customer service was great and I am glad that they are putting money back into the hotel, as it is aging. Things were clean but just wish that I could have gotten some rest.

I called before I booked to see was indoor pool available I was advised by front desk clerk tae that is was open. It closes at 10pm when I got to hotel pool was closed hotel under construction alot of drilling and beating

Our room literally gave me vertigo. The floor dipped down in half the room. Nails were sticking out the side of the entertainment center area. The staff was incredibly nice, but the room itself was not good.

Staff was very friendly and room was clean! The room however is kinda outdated. They did not have usb chargers to plug in to charge phones, but other than that it was a great stay!

Online they have an inside pool but at the desk they told us it was not working. The pool was the main reason for getting this hotel. They would not print us a reciept because it was booked with " a third party". I am actually a member of IHG They put a 50$ hold on my card also because it was a third party. So I hope they didn't put any charges on it since they refused to print me a reciept. We were told at checkin we could get one printed at checkout.

Hi Ms. Norma Jean, Sad our pool was being remodeled when you came and that was not relayed to you . Also when you book and pay with a 3rd party they issue your receipt because you paid them, not us. Check-in was quick and the woman at the front desk was friendly. The hotel seems to be a little out of the way. The room is comfortable and seems clean. It is diffult to get the luggage teolley in the room, but I made it work. I had to kill a roach where the trolleys are stored... Overall it seems like a comfortable hotel.

The property needs to be updated. The beds were comfortable my son enjoyed the free breakfast. My room was clean and the AC was working great. The hotel was very convenient for me to get back and forth to Fort Stewart.

The air-conditioning was very loud and annoying. There are no USB ports for charging phone, etc. The pillows were not comfortable. For $172 for one night, I expected better. I won't stay here again but if anyone wants some tips, make sure to take your own pillow(s) and some ear plugs.

Over, a clean room and comfy bed. However, bathroom floor tiles were loose and the hairdryer only worked on low which took twice the time to blow-dry my hair. Room had a musty smell and I figured it may have something to do with the leak stains on the ceiling. Could use some updating. My main focus is cleanliness and the room was clean.

The young lady that checked me in was very friendly, courteous, and patient. Our room was clean and spacious. We had breakfast this morning and it was delicious. A great variety to choose from. There was something for everyone. The person working the breakfast area was very polite, helpful, and offered assistance as needed. Thanks Expedia, for an excellent recommendation for our stay.
