This stylish Shipyard townhouse offers a comfortable, updated home base just a short walk from all the best Hilton Head has to offer. Golfers in the group will love the location, just off the greens of the Shipyard Golf Club. Beach lovers will want to pack an extra swimsuit, as you'll be just a mile from the Shipyard beach access, with all the shops, restaurants, bars, and amenities at Coligny Plaza along the way. On-site amenities include an outdoor pool and tennis court.

Outdoor space at home includes both a front and back patio, with the latter offering awesome water views. Guests of the second primary bedroom upstairs will also enjoy a petite, private balcony with water views of its own.

The space is fully furnished to meet all your needs. New streaming-capable TVs mean everyone will stay entertained with favorite shows and movies. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances for handling home cooking with ease. After days at the beach, unwind in the central air-conditioning while the washer/dryer takes care of any laundry. Use the free WiFi to take care of any remote work at the desk space in the loft, then call it a night in one of the comfortable beds.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
