Welcome to Coastal Marsh & Beachwalk by AvantStay! These two homes are right next to each other, with a combined total of 12 bedrooms, sleeping 38 guests—an ideal option for family trips or groups looking to spread out.

Coastal Marsh:
Escape to Coastal Marsh. Immerse yourself in the allure of the infinity pool on the spacious patio, offering front-row seats to serene views of the marshes surrounding the shore. A hot tub, al fresco dining, and a BBQ grill complete your outdoor utopia. Inside, the main living area is airy and spacious, making it easy for your group to relax and connect. You'll find a sitting area with dual sofas, a fireplace, a TV, and a balcony overlooking the pool outside. The gourmet chef's kitchen is a true standout, fully equipped with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials you need to whip up anything from quick breakfasts to multi-course meals. Whether you're prepping local seafood or serving up charcuterie and cocktails, this kitchen is designed to make cooking a joy. A large formal dining table offers the perfect setting for shared meals, while barstool seating at the kitchen counter adds a casual space for sipping, snacking, or keeping the chef company. Discover a second television and sitting area in the lower-level lounge area, a pool table ready for friendly competitions, and an additional bar space with more seating. There's also a secondary game room with ping pong and cornhole.

Beachwalk:
Beachwalk is waiting to welcome you to the pristine beaches and world-class golf courses of Hilton Head. Located right on the wetlands, this dream getaway is just a block from Singleton Beach and has incredible views of the ocean and surrounding open space. Three stories and multiple outdoor areas give you enough room to unite your entire group. Lounge near the pool and hot tub, look toward the sea from one of the upper balconies, or head down to explore the pier overlooking the nearby stream. Beachwalk is an exciting blend of beachy vibes and southern charm, with bright and spacious interiors including a game room with huge windows, a pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard. The large kitchen and outdoor grill will ensure nobody goes hungry, while seven comfortable bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements give everyone a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. Ocean views, the nearby beach, and an incredible stay are all waiting at Beachwalk.

Home Truths:
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Beachwalk: This home does not offer pool heat.
- No exterior lights may be on after 10 pm and blinds must be closed on all beach-facing windows during the Sea Turtle hatching season (May 1 - Oct 31)
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Beachwalk: 2nd level fireplace is not working currently.
- Beachwalk: No Live TV, only apps guests will have to sign into to stream TV.
- Beachwalk: No elevator access.
- Beachwalk: The boardwalk dock behind the home is not available for guest use.
- Spa heat is complimentary. Please note that pool heat is not available for guest use.

Parking Details:
- Coastal Marsh: 6 cars can be parked onsite.
- Beachwalk: The garage accommodates 2 cars. The driveway accommodates 4 cars.
- Parking is not permitted on any street, shoulder, or landscaped area. Violators will be towed.
- No RVs, boats, golf carts, or vehicles larger than a standard pickup truck or van are allowed to park on any residential lot or dwelling except in an enclosed garage.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
