Upscale Villa fully renovated!

Luxurious 2 Bedroom 2 Bath beach villa sleeps up to 5 adults with 2 kids under 100lbs in the upper bunk beds. Enjoy this immaculate villa that overlooks the indoor pool/hot tub/fitness area. Short walk to the ocean over beautiful scenic marsh. Resort includes 3 pools, hot tub, running track, gym, 6 tennis courts, sunning deck, poolside bar & grill, beachfront bar, and family grilling area. Gated community with 24-hour security, mid-island next to Palmetto Dunes. Our private beach is one of the least crowded, most beautiful on the island. Just take a walk on our private boardwalk overlooking a scenic salt water marsh with spectacular wildlife like herons and egrets! There is also golf cart shuttles that can take you if you don't feel like walking! At the beach you will find Coco's Cabana with food, drinks and restrooms and the breath-taking beach surrounding you! Best waves, shells and sharks teeth! Beach Volleyball right in front of CoCo's! This mid-island resort is a 24 hour gated community and convenient to all the fun Hilton Head Island has to offer! Beautiful bike paths, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach! Our resort has picnic table, grills and a private sun deck for your enjoyment. All of the amenities are free to guests making this the best family vacation value on Hilton Head. The resort is only a few minutes from Chaplin Community Park with protected bike trails, soccer, basketball, playgrounds and much more! Shelter Cove at Towne Centre is right down the street with numerous restaurants and shops to enjoy as well

This was our third year staying at Hilton Head Resort, and second year in this unit. This is in Building 3, which is the one with the indoor pool. We always come in March and sometimes it’s too cold or rainy to swim outside, so having an indoor pool within the building is so nice! We really like the layout of this unit. The kids love the triple bunks. The kitchen/dining/living room is furnished in a way that makes the space feel bigger than it is. Just a heads up, the coffee maker is a KEURIG!!! I forgot again, and had to go back to the grocery store for pods. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great place if you have kids with you. Lots of pool options and activities in the resort. Long walk to the beach, though if you can get the golf cart shuttle it helps a lot. Supposed to be a 10 pm quiet time, but people were in the pool way later. So if that will bother you, be aware. Confusing to get into the building and there were no instructions on how to find stairs or elevator until after we got into rental. Condo was nice. Has most of the amenities you want- could use baking sheet, smaller mixing bowl, etc.light I er sink would be helpful.Clean up instructions mentioned beach storage, but no instructions on how to get into or use the beach storage. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great place!

This was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room for all of us. Love the indoor pool option in case of inclement weather. Only suggestions would be to have more hooks around the condo to provide more options for hanging wet swimsuits and towels, and maybe adding more pots and pans. Overall great place!

Maya was great! The property is just as described and very convenient for the family. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, you may want to consider bringing a nonstick pan as the cookware was difficult to work with. But, this did not detract from the great time that this property allowed us to have!

Vacation after graduation

Although nearly an hour from Parris Island, this place was a perfect family vacation after a Marine Corps graduation. We enjoyed walking to the beach, swimming in the pools and exploring Hilton Head. The condo is clean and comfortable with a nice location for getting around town.

Family get away

Great spot for a getaway. Loved that this unit was on the first floor so we were able to walk up and didn’t need to use the elevator except with check in and check out. Ground floor is the ground floor. Loved that the indoor pool was right outside our door. It allowed us to send the kids ahead of us. The boardwalk to the beach was great. There was also a timed shuttle but never felt the need to use it.

The pots and pans as well as bowls were ineffective. Making food preparations difficult. The kitchen had no hot water to soak a pan I had to borrow from family in another condo. Would not stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

My spouse and I traveled with 2 teens and 2 younger children. I was worried we would be cramped but this condo was great for us! It is thoughtfully laid out and furnished. We had plenty of space. It was clean & in a great location and we really appreciated having access the the beach chairs & toys in the storage unit. Communication with the host was above and beyond. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.

Nice condo

Everything looked like the photos. It's a well decorated and clean condo. Everything we needed was there. My son absolutely loved the triple bunk beds. Maya was constantly checking on us and answered all questions quickly. We would definitely rent from her again.
