Guest access
Smart Lock code access will be provided in the days prior to your arrival for seamless check-in. Two parking passes are included during your stay. If you will need additional passes for your vehicles, you will need to pay per pass and request all passes through the host. Parking pass must be displayed in vehicle throughout your stay in Sea Pines.

The home is located in the beautiful Sea Pines Resort. Easy bike ride or walk to the beach. Sea Pines has miles of bike paths, sidewalks, and beach access! The Sea Pines Trolley is available to help you get around the resort. Schedules are posted and available online.

Pest Control
All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as this helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests.
