Perched on the 3rd floor, you’ll enjoy peaceful views overlooking the lake and easy access to everything the island has to offer.

Take a short 4-minute walk to one of four private beach access points and spend the day soaking up the sun, splashing in the waves, or strolling the shoreline. When you return, unwind on your private balcony with a cool drink and enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature.

Inside, the condo features a full-size kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs, a cozy living area with flat-screen Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and air conditioning for year-round comfort. The space comfortably sleeps six guests, making it perfect for families, couples, or snowbirds looking for an extended stay.

Guests have access to an array of resort amenities including two swimming pools, two on-site restaurants, a beachfront bar, ice cream and pizza shops, bike rentals, a fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, picnic and BBQ areas, and a playground. Seasonal hours apply. Whether you’re here for relaxation or recreation, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS & THINGS TO NOTE:

Security

Our friendly security team mans the front gate and patrols the resort at night, keeping everyone safe.


Food Deliveries:

Meet your driver in the parking area before the gate.

There’s a $5 gate fee for delivery drivers without an annual pass.

Tip: Ask your delivery company if their driver has a gate pass when ordering.

Food & Fun

Beach & Pool Restaurant/Bar: Open daily (beach bar closes late October) with weekly events — swim-up movies (with popcorn & pizza), Tuesday pool games, and more!

Beach access is just steps from the pool for the best of both worlds.

Rentals & Gear

Bike Rentals: Located across from the security gate.

Must reserve online at BikeStand dot rentals

No on-site payments accepted.

Beach Rentals: Umbrellas, chairs, and more available here.


In-Unit beach Gear:

4 Beach chairs and rolling cooler

Please brush off sand before bringing items inside (extra cleaning fees may apply).


Fishing & Wildlife

Catch-and-release fishing allowed in the resort lake — watch for turtles (they’ll swim up to say hi!).

Freshwater & saltwater fishing poles available in the master closet.

Please do not feed turtles or gators. Occasionally, a small gator may be spotted sunning by the lake — enjoy from a distance!


Fitness Center

A $20 refundable deposit is required for a door pass (get it at the front desk).

Lost passes incur a $50 non-refundable fee.


Laundry

Located in the Fitness Pro-shop building

Machines take a laundry card ($3 per wash/dry)

Purchase and load laundry cards inside the wash rooms, using a debit/credit card.


Sea Turtles (May–October)

Use red or blue lights only on the beach at night.

Avoid white flashlights — they disorient baby sea turtles that follow moonlight to the ocean.

Condo is on the 3rd floor of the Tennis Villas. Note: there is no elevator.

Pool Hours: 9 AM – 9 PM (year-round)

On-Site Dining: 2 restaurants, beach bar, ice cream stand, grab-and-go coffee. Beach bar and ice-cream are open May through October

Guest access
All amenities are included with your stay. You'll have access to the resort and amenities all day on the day of your arrival, even before check-in at four.

You'll pick up your parking pass at the front building upon arrival and keep it in your windshield throughout your stay.
Other things to note
LINENS AND ESSENTIALS RPOVIDED:

Each guest is provided 2 bath towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel for their entire stay.
Kitchen towels and bath mat are also provided, however, will not be restocked during your stay.
There are laundry facilities in the resort and you can purchase a laundry card for the digital machines right in the laundry room.


There are certain RESORT RULES we'd like to inform you of...

* No hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balcony railings.

* No shoes, OR ANY GEAR AT ALL left outside the door in the hallways.

* No E-BIKES

* Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.

And lastly, THERE IS NO SMOKING or vaping cigarettes or marijuana IN the condo OR on the balcony (Note: marijuana is illegal in SC and Security enforces this law with the local authorities). If found doing so, you will be immediately asked to leave without refund.

* Smoking is allowed outside.
