Nestled in the prestigious gated community of Moss Creek you will find this cozy 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Our home has been beautifully renovated. Furnishings are always fresh and clean with Smart TV^s throughout. The low country coastal decor will remind you that this location is nestled between marshes and beaches that offer a multitude of relaxing or adventurous activities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and supplies for all your cooking needs. The laundry room is located off the kitchen, equipped with front loading washer and dryer. Don't forget to utilize the gas grill on your private patio with a serene view of trees and water or take advantage of the screened room that has a mounted flat screen Smart TV to enjoy during those cool nights next to an outdoor heating lamp.

Situated in the natural beauty of the coastal Lowcountry, Moss Creek Plantation is a gorgeous community with an abundance of amenities. Renters have access to two pools including a waterfront resort style 4,265 sq. ft beach entry pool, kiddie pool, and lap pool at the main community center or take a short stroll to the quiet private pool known as Stable Gate. Check out Bostwick Point Complex where you will find breathtaking views of the marsh and marina. Enjoy the many biking and leisure trails with wooded paths and marsh boardwalks as Moss Creek is home to Fording Island Nature Preserve and Blue Heron Sanctuary.

Additional amenities include a Fazio-designed 36 hole golf course, tennis courts, and fitness center. Please contact the owners for details and restrictions on these select facilities.
Two bicycles as well as beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Literally miles of walking / bike nature trails.


Moss Creek is conveniently located to many places you will want to be sure to enjoy and explore. Just moments from the Hilton Head Island bridge you can take a quick drive to the HHI beaches. Or, shoot over to the historic Old Town Bluffton where you will find quaint local shops and incredible dining. Just across the street from Moss Creek you will find more shopping and restaurant options. With easy access to I-95, you can take a trip to Savannah or head up to Charleston for the day.

My wife & I are return visitors after a wonderful 2023 stay at Timber Lane. This homey condo is extremely comfortable and an excellent cozy get away to relax and decompress. Everything you could possibly need is provided in the home by Jay, the Owner. He's very attentive, always available & a generous host. We particularly enjoyed the use of the salt water lap pool and both golf courses while at Moss Creek. The community is welcoming to visitors & in a great location. We’re planning a return stay for the same time in 2025!

Very Comfortable, Easy Stay

Nothing but positives about our stay. The unit is bungalow like and conveniently located. Upon arriving it was spotless and well appointed with everything you need for an easy stay. The home was welcoming, very comfortable and cozy. The on site golf courses are playable, challenging and affordable. The Owner was very communicative, always available and had answers for any questions or needs. We had a great experience. We loved this rental and look forward to scheduling more visits with this Owner.

Perfect location!

We had a great time during our 2 month stay. The layout of the home was spacious and comfortable, along with the propane firepit and bonus screened in porch. The neighborhood was great for walking/biking and enjoying the wildlife. Conveniently located to great golf courses and downtown Bluffton, we were also able to enjoy the public beaches and restaurants in Hilton Head. Our gracious hosts, Jay and Brenda, were easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. We are already looking forward to a return trip next year!

Moss Creek Getaway

We immensely enjoyed our stay at 57 Timber Lane. It was well equipped, felt very secluded yet convenient to all that the area has to offer. Everything in top notch condition and the kitchen well stocked. We loved morning coffee on the screened in porch, walks through the neighborhood and grilling outdoors in the private backyard. A wonderful place to stay!
