Direct Oceanfront Condo - Totally Remodeled / Breathtaking Views

From the moment you walk in the door of 2203 Island Club, you will enjoy breathtaking ocean views. Sip coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Relax with a glass of wine and listen to the sounds of the ocean.

Don't be fooled by other supposedly oceanfront condos that are only in an oceanfront complex or have a glimpse of the ocean. Our villa is direct, oceanfront and has been totally remodeled.

Our non-smoking, pet-free villa can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests and offers easy access to the beach. Just take the elevator or steps downstairs to the beach walk and you are literally right there on the ocean. You can fish, sunbathe, and enjoy your day on the beach.

When you're done at the beach, you can enjoy all the amenities of Island Club, including three pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, a gazebo, playground, basketball court, lagoon, and on-site bicycle rentals, or walk to putt-putt golf nearby.

For the same price you'd pay for a hotel on the beach in Hilton Head Island, you can enjoy a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, fully furnished condominium with a complete kitchen, washer/dryer, and oceanfront balcony.

Our villa is well-maintained and available for weekly, monthly or other vacation rentals and when you rent from us, we can help guide and direct you to the perfect vacation. We are the actual owners who have been enjoying Hilton Head for more than 30 years. The Hostess was all you could ask for! She answered our questions promptly, provided a shower seat for my husband who has Parkinson's and did all she could to make our stay a wonderful experience.

This property and location was a most excellent experience! The owner was completely responsive and wonderful to chat with, and the friendliness of the staff was impeccable. We loved everything about this property… The fact that it was oceanfront, the fact that it was quiet and peaceful and residential, the fact that it had so many things available to us such as bike riding and tennis and swimming, we definitely have this listed as our number one choice for coming to Hilton Head in the future!

Outstanding Property and Location

Stayed for one week. First time to Hilton Head. Property is easy to get to and close to the airport. This unit faces the ocean so the view is outstanding. Also, close to restaurants, etc. Only thing lacking is TV streaming of netflix, etc. But we used our Firefox TV steamer without issue. The host was outstanding with communications as was the managment company. First time we were provided with "things to do", listing of restaurants, etc. A excellent plus.

We loved staying here and would stay again. Island club beach access, play/rec area, pools were great. Beautiful beach and fun location. The condo was clean and well stocked, just had to show up with our clothes and everything else was there for us. Kids (3+7) had a blast and the ocean views and balcony are awesome.

Property was exactly as pictured. Love the keypad entry which means no key to worry about when we went to the beach. Beach view and access are excellent. I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the beach. Property was very well stocked with dishes and cook ware. Fresh towels waiting for us on arrival as well as beach towels. Plenty of available parking at property.

Spring Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It was just as described. It was well stocked with all the essentials. Karen is a super host….checking in with us beforehand to be sure check-in was smooth. Such a lovely area and short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. We were even able to rent bikes on the property and rode right on the beach in the morning before it got too hot. Would definitely come back again!

Fun week with family

We loved the condo and the resort! We had family in 2 other condos so everything worked out great! My only issue would have been taking the beach stuff in and out each day with no outdoor closet or anything but my brother had a first floor condo so we just used his porch. There is a small closet right inside the door but it was full already so plan b was to keep Stuff in the car!

Excellent accommodations and location

It was our family’s first time to HHI. We had a wonderful time at the Island Club oceanfront condo. We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy the condo was. We loved the decor and ocean views. The kitchen was equipped with a everything we needed to cook meals and we appreciated the toiletries and supplies to get us started until we were able to get to the grocery store. A+ Stay even over a rainy Memorial Day weekend

Ususally when you end up on a Beach vacation and you don't get to go to the beach, your vacation is ruined, NOT this time and this condo is the reason! From the second we walked in we knew we were home! The unit was clean, fresh and perfectly appointed for a beach vacation or in our case, a stay-in vacation! I would HIGHLY recommend this unit for the location, especially the proximity to the beach. The unit was also well appointed with all of the necessities you need to make your stay complete (toilitries, blankets, pillows, towels), etc.... We will defintely be back!

We traveled to the beach for the first time with our 3 and 5 year-old children. The location was fantastic with a short walk to the beach. The availability of the pool and the playground area helped us change up the routine for the kids. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

There was sand and hair in the sheets and pillow of the second bedroom. We washed sheets and comforter before it was sleepable. Also, the washing machine had odor. The entry pass was at the gate, not sure if I got that instruction. Once inside, initial directions to the unit could have been more clear. After Kyle wrote it down, it was easy.
