Walk 12 minutes on a tree-shaded path to the beach from this 3-bedroom, 3-bathrooms, ample and clean condo in South Forest Beach. Or take a splash at the community pool, just one door away!

Close to Coligny Plaza, with its restaurants and shops, this pet-friendly unit is ready for you and your family to enjoy your well deserved vacation!

On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, along with a bedroom featuring a queen size bed and full bathroom. You will also find a closet with children’s toys, a wagon, chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. On the back porch you will find an electric grill, table and chairs.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a third bedroom with two twin size bed. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. There is also a washer and dryer.

There are wooden floors throughout the house.

Pets are welcome for a $150 fee per pet (under 50 pounds).

What an amazing host and an amazing property. As advertised close to beach and coligny shops . The villa was better than advertised . Clean and professionally prepared . Literally steps from the pool . We enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough about Racquel . She was in touch with us giving tips and making sure we were ok. I appreciate that the most. Great Location for Family Thanksgiving

Great accommodations at Hilton Head condo -- plenty of space in well laid out in floor plan. Only recommendation would be to have essential starter items for stay (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper). Other stuff like soap and shampoo plus coffee and basic cooking essentials were well appreciated. Thanks to Raquel for her great and frequent communication checking in on us throughout the stay - Will be back!

Amazing!

We have stayed at this property twice now and can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit HHI. The property owner is incredibly responsive and her townhome is beautifully furnished (and organized) and has all of the amenities you could ever need. She makes it easy to travel with a baby, child, and dog. Plus, the location can't be beat. The pool is in the backyard; the beach is a 10 minute, shaded, paved, and flat walk; and Coligney Plaza is a few minutes away.

Spring break family reunion

We had a great time at Raquel's condo. It was the perfect distance to the beach - quiet with no crowds but within a 10 minute walk. Also very close to Coligny with it's stores and attractions. Very nicely appointed with good cooking utensils and even some of the basics for the pantry and cleaning. Really nice place.

HHI birthday week

We loved the villa, was perfect for a birthday week at the beach. Son, DIL & grandkids age 3 & 1 had a great time with us. Having the crib for the baby was perfect. Having beach towels & beach cart, toys available was very nice. Having the crib, toys, beach towels & location of the pool is the reason I chose this villa. I would only say the rugs needed a better vacuum as there was a fair amount of pet hair. The kitchen towels were very worn. This was our first stay at South Forrest Beach. We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for many years and would stay here again

May 2022 Hilton Head Getaway

Our group of 5 adults, 1 baby, and 1 dog had a very nice week vacationing at this Ocean Breeze townhome. We either drove to the Alder Lane Beach Access or took the 10 minute walk to the beach for morning sunrises and fun in the sun. We really enjoyed how easy it was to access the pool right by the townhouse. The house had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation in Hilton Head.
