David is a great host. He is easy going and always responsive (even when he is on vacation). This is our second year staying at this property. It is a great house for children. Great amenities, close to Coligny, and the beach. Highly recommend this property.

Great house- overall outstanding and great location. It is not noted in description but plenty of beach chairs, coolers, sand toys are available. It would have saved us some room in our cars had we known that was all available. The kitchen is lacking some basics. We are Vrbo owners and do provide spices and basic kitchen items like foil, ziploc bags, etc. Bring your own- they do not provide any of those items.

Great outdoor pool area especially for littles! Plenty of space! The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected. It also crosses the road right at a blind curve so not great for little ones but overall we loved it!

Great family house

The house was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen, dining area and living room were open. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and spa were great. We did heat the pool. The beach was a short 5 minute walk. The house came with beach chairs and wagons.

Wonderful Stay during school vacation week!

We had a wonderful time at this property. We were all set with beach gear provided. The home was so lovely, clean and huge for our three families. The yard was another added bonus with the pool and spa! We will definitely want to come back and loved the short walk to the beach. Location couldn't be better where you can easily ride bikes or walk anywhere.

Spring break 25

The pictures that we saw online did not do this house justice. It looks like many updates have occurred and it is absolutely stunning. The backyard is magnificent along with the kitchen and the roomy bedrooms. One of the top houses I’ve ever stayed in on any vacation. If you’re looking to entertain and have a good time, this is a perfect house just steps away from the beach and Just down the street from plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Great place to call home for the week

House and property were found to be as expected. Our two families that shared the house/property had such a great spring break vacation. Property managers were great, scheduling a time to stop in and show us how to use all the amenities this property provides. They were also easily accessible by text for any questions or to make suggestions to us for our first ever visit to Hilton Head. Property is a quick easy walk to the beach. Spent plenty of time in the great pool as well. House had everything we needed for our stay. So much room that we could have easily had a third family join the eight of us. I would highly recommend this property for a memorable stay.

Wonderful home for our large family. Adults as well as grandchildren. Short walk to beach on private path from the house. House had a great pool and hot tub. Fantastic House

The best house we have ever rented! What a beautiful house with a perfect location. The bedrooms were big with full bathrooms. The kitchen and living areas with an open floorplan made our experience so great! Loved the pool/hot tub and outdoor area. We walked to the beach every day, which was so easy down a private walk. We can't wait to stay there again.

A Beautiful Christmas to Remember

We have family living in 6 states and this beautiful home was our gathering spot for Christmas week. It was everything and more of what is described. We were made to feel welcome and at home by the host and the property manager. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare big meals and even special holiday meals. The large dining table was perfect to seat all of us. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool, the fire pit and outdoor bar area with tv. The short walk to the beach was magical. Our family left refreshed and grateful to have ended 2023 enjoying this lovely home and Hilton Head Island.

Thanksgiving Week

We stayed here for the 2nd time, everything was wonderful. House manager was very accessible and friendly. Always willing to help. Would definitely recommend for several families meeting on HHI. Great house, pool and spa were great as well, worth the price to heat them as we were in them almost every day.

Fun, well equipped home

We stayed for the second time at this home. It has a terrific location on the island, easy walk to the beach, convenient to grocery shopping. The kitchen is especially well equipped. There are ample beach chairs, towels and toys. The spa is a bit tricky to get going and warmed up. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as the back gate, some stains on the upholstered couch, and the porch screened door needs repair, but in general, the home is well maintained. The home is very well suited for multiple families to share or multiple generations. The set up with each bedroom having a bath en-suite is excellent.

Amazing House

This home is truly amazing. The kitchen is well equiped, the pool and spa is very nice, and the beach is easily accessed. There were lots if extras not mentioned in the home's description like beach chairs, beach wagon, sand toys, pool toys, corn hole boards, and much more. The property manager is awesome. She responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful. The location to Coligny, restaurants, Sea Pines, putt putt, and other attractions is an added plus. We loved this property and hope to stay there again.

A wonderful home for a family gathering

This home was the perfect place for our special family vacation! We were celebrating grandpa's 70th birthday! It was even better than what we expected from the photos. There was plenty of room for our four families to spread out. We loved all of the sitting areas from the front porch, to the living/dining room, to the back screened in porch, to the cabaña in the pool area and we used them all! Besides being beautiful, the pool and hot tube were enjoyed at all hours of the day by both children and adults alike. It was really nice that the walk to the beach was both short and beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed preparing meals there. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. Cousins snuggled up together in bunkbeds and slept well every night. This was the best of all the vacation properties we have ever rented! We send a big thank you to the owners and managers of this special property!
