*Community pool is seasonal – April 1 – October 15 (weather permitting). Pool deck is open year-round.
*South Beach Marina Pool is closed on September 5th for the rest of the 2025 season.
*Please note that once the pool is reopened, daily and weekly pool passes will be available for purchase on-site at the South Beach pool during normal pool hours.
*The Town of Hilton Head Island is completing post-renourishment beach improvements, including the installation of sand fencing and dune plants in select areas. Work will take place from October 2026 through spring 2027. Beach access will remain open, but guests may see light equipment, temporary fencing, and construction signage near affected beach areas.
