16 Heath is a spacious four bedroom home located in Palmetto Dunes and is just a short walk to the beach! This breathtaking home has recently been renovated with granite countertops, wood floors, all new furnishings, and beach décor!

As you enter the home, there is a bathroom that has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower. Straight ahead of the entrance is the spacious living room, with vaulted ceilings and a window of walls offering views of the golf course. The living room features a large cream-colored couch, two blue armchairs with ottomans, and a mounted 65” TV over the fireplace. Plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a movie at the end of the day. Next to the living room is a large glass topped table with six Rattan backed chairs. To the right of the entrance, you have the kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances and new granite countertops. Just off the kitchen, is a small table with seating for four and two chairs at the breakfast bar - perfect for eating breakfast or sitting down with a hot cup of coffee. Behind the kitchen is the laundry room with a front-loading washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is the door to the garage where you will find a dart board. Also, there are stairs that lead to the second-floor bedroom. This bedroom is nautically decorated and has two cushioned window seats, a king bed, a couch that opens to a full-size bed, and a 32” TV. The private bathroom has a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo with a skylight.

To the left of the foyer, you have a hallway leading down to two guest bedrooms and the master bedroom. The first guest bedroom has tan walls, a queen bed, accent chair, and a 32” TV. Down the hall, behind the French doors, is the master suite decorated in coastal blue and tan hues and features a wicker backboard for the perfect nautical touch. There is a king bed, desk and chair, walk-in closet, and a mounted 55” TV over the fireplace. The master bedroom also has its own doors out onto the pool deck. The master bath was renovated recently and has double granite vanities, a separate jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with stone tiled walls. At the end of the hall is a bathroom with a single granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. The final guest bedroom features a king bed with a coastal blue bedspread, tan walls, an accent chair, and a 42” TV. Both guest rooms look out to the front of the house.

The backyard is a true retreat that has a hot tub and pool (pool and spa heat additional cost), perfect for splashing around playing pool games or relaxing your muscles in the hot tub at the end of the day. There is also an outdoor dining table with seating for six, two swivel chairs, eight lounge chairs, two blue Adirondack chairs, and a Weber grill. This is a great spot for dinner alfresco! The beach is about a ten-minute walk away and you can also use the FREE beach buggy that will come and pick you up at the house and bring you to and from the beach. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

DIRECTIONS TO THE BEACH: You can take the free shuttle, bike ride or walk. Walk down Heath Drive, turn left on St. George, then over bridge crossing the lagoon. Walk on bike path, cross street to beach walk left of Omni. 1 1/2 minutes on sidewalk to boardwalk with ramp up and down to soft sand. No steps! Walking would take about 10 minutes.
