Perfect Floorplan

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our family. The layout allowed for a lot of privacy and quiet naps for our grandchildren. The large pool was perfect and remained cleaned due to large filters and 2 cleaning service. A very short walk to the beach. The area of the beach is very quiet (unlike Marriott) and we even saw the turtles hatching and making there way to the water.

14 days in the greatest place on earth.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 14 Days in this house. We were very pleased with the amount of room in sleeping areas. The beds are awesome. High quality mattresses and sheets. The AC in such a large house worked great. The pool area is really nice and very large. We are a cook every night family so we really enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. Do not plan to grill very much the grill is way to small for such a large house. The distance to the beach is so convenient. It is pet friendly but you would never know that dogs have been there.

Perfect location for adults and kids!

Loved the home and its location close to the beach! The bunk room was perfect for our 10-12yr kids and they loved the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and the additional refrigerator downstairs was perfect for drinks. The house was pretty clean; only objection was the floors need a good scrubbing… the kids’ feet were black on the bottom! Would definitely stay here again 😎

Great location, beach very close

This house has a fantastic location. Car passes easy to get as we needed one extra. The location is private, the house was as advertised. Mattresses were very comfortable and dishes supplied plentiful. The pool was the nicest, well heated pool we've had in Hilton Head. It worked exactly as it should no issue.

Wedding trip

The property was pretty much as advertised. Great location, pool and whirlpool were fantastic. Property manager communications were excellent. We had a door lock issue that was resolved immediately. Only negative aspect of entire experience was that the couches in the main tv room were totally shot, zero seated support.

Fine except only one tv worked. Plumbing wasn’t working when we arrived and lady that lived on the street full time was a bit overbearing.
