'The tiny home was a lovely spot for my husband, myself and our big dog! It's just off 15-501 so while there isn't a sidewalk right there, you can scoot on down to Poplar for a nice saunter with your pup. The property was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. - a small kitchenette, a lovely shower/bathroom and plenty of room to move around. Admittedly we live in the mountains so it was a bit too wark for us to sit outside but the front area is so cute with a few chairs and a cozy hammock....

'We were in the area for my daughter’s wedding and this house was the perfect size for us. Her bridesmaids came over to get ready and we had family stop by as well. The game room and massage chair were a great addition! It’s a little scuffed up, some light bulbs were out, some faucets leaked and there were not many bath towels and no dish towels at all, but over all it was a great place. The property manager seemed very nice and accommodating and even offered to reimburse us if we wanted to...

'We stayed here during a USA Baseball tourney. The proximity to the fields is fantastic! The house was clean, had everything we needed (including laundry), and was perfect for the two of us. The AC worked well, which was an absolute blessing with how hot and humid it was. Side note, if you have mobility issues this is a unique property that has level changes between rooms.'

'Lovely home and in walking distance to NCCU. Neighbors are students so it gets pretty loud and busy, but not so bad that I wouldn't request this home again. NCCU band practice is loud but comes with the area you are in. I enjoyed it because I am a product of an HBCU, but may bother others. All in all I love the home and enjoyed my stay for the week I was there.'
