« We had a lovely stay at the Greenacre Hotel, with service being a real highlight especially in the bar. The welcoming drin was a great touch, and the staff were genuinely friendly, smiling, and approachable. Even the other guests in the bar and casino were warm and welcoming, which created a really nice atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious. We arrived quite late on our first night (around 10:30 pm) after spending the evening exploring the city, and it was really...

« Nice room but check-in was confusing. This is a restaurant/bar with a few hotel rooms - signage to check in goes to an eating area, nobody around until a bartender in the other room alerted someone. Otherwise it was a good stay! »

« Great place, good location »

« SOOOOOOOO MANY things I / we LOVED about the Property - Check In-Staff were extremely friendly and process was easy Room-Had everything you could want and very clean and, replenished daily Amenities-Was straight across from a Shopping Centre that had a Food Court, Coles, Aldis, etc Laundry-Was a big room with x4 washing machines/dryers, folding bench and iron. Also had a full kitchen, massive lounge, massive tv. I highly recommend this facility (and did for another family member who came to...

« Condo in itself is nice, it’s the management and housekeeping that is lacking 1) impossible to reach the front desk…tried 5 times and was put on hold for more than 15 mins each time.. 2) internet and phone not working for 4 out of 6 days 3) missing towels, soap, ustensiles, bowls, glasses had to call for everything 4) they don’t do daily cleaning! They came once in a week and did not even cleaned the counter or table..only made the bed. Very superficial cleaning crew. 5) the parking is 35$ per...
