'The property is beautiful. Service is slow in the restaurant and a very limited menu. The staff in the main building were not very knowledgeable about the property so we had to figure out a lot on our own. The spa was lovely and services excellent.'

However, during my most recent stay, I was surprised to see that a large portion of the pool loungers now require an additional upgrade or reservation fee. In the past, only the cabana area required an upgrade, which seemed fair and reasonable.
